Mr. Miller has extensive experience in data-intensive antitrust and labor and employment matters.  His expertise includes the construction and econometric analysis of complex datasets, including transactional sales data and employment databases.  Mr. Miller’s antitrust experience includes the management and statistical analysis of large-scale databases in class action price-fixing litigations.  In labor and employment, he works on statistical analyses relevant to issues of discrimination, wage and hours and compensation comparability analyses for labor negotiations.

Mr. Miller also has expertise in conducting economic impact analyses, including assessing the impact of state and federal regulations on specific industries in addition to determining how certain industries impact local economies. 

Mr. Miller is fluent in numerous statistical packages, such as Stata, SAS, VBA, MATLAB, and R.

Education

Mr. Miller received a Bachelors of Arts in Mathematics with high honors and Economics with honors from Dartmouth College.
