Mr. Milner is a co-founder of Edgeworth Economics and chairs the firm’s government contracting practice. Mr. Milner’s expertise is in data management and analytics. He assists outside counsel, corporations and government clients with extracting, transforming and analyzing large transactional databases for use in litigation, criminal investigations, and public policy and regulatory matters. 

Mr. Milner has extensive experience dealing with complex data analyses in the areas of antitrust, labor and employment and government contracting.  In antitrust litigations, Mr. Milner works with individual clients and joint defense groups to build and analyze complex data from SAP, Oracle, and legacy systems. His work includes disputes before antitrust agencies in the United States, Europe, and Asia. In labor disputes, Mr. Milner specializes in assisting clients with data collection across multiple systems and exposure analyses of state and FLSA wage and hour claims, among others. Mr. Milner also assists government agencies with constructing and analyzing complex data to reach simplified, tailored answers to important regulatory and public policy questions. In all areas, Mr. Milner seeks to make the issues related to data management and complex analyses simple and easily understood by clients, judges and jurors alike.

Education

Mr. Milner received his M.B.A. from The George Washington University School of Business and his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the Hobart College.
