As Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Byrne is responsible for Edgeworth’s strategic and operational leadership, developing and overseeing the strategic direction that reflects the firm’s core values. In addition, Mr. Byrne handles the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term planning, including financial operations and IT infrastructure. His management has been essential to the accelerated growth of Edgeworth, and will help ensure that Edgeworth continues as a top-performing firm in the industry.

Mr. Byrne is a business economist with extensive experience in the field of litigation consulting, having spent five years working in antitrust class-actions, mergers and acquisitions, and intellectual property. His hands-on work in this area translates into a solid understanding of both the company’s operations and our clients’ business concerns.

Education

Mr. Byrne received his M.B.A from Yale University’s School of Management and his B.A. in economics from Hobart College, where he was inducted into Hobart’s Economic Honor Society, Omicron Delta Epsilon.
