Connor Moynihan

Connor Moynihan has extensive expertise in statistical analysis and economic research involving antitrust and labor and employment issues. He has worked across all phases of the litigation process, including assisting clients with discovery issues, preparing large and complex data sets for expert analysis, and developing rigorous empirical analysis in support of expert testimony.  Mr. Moynihan has experience with matters involving claims of price fixing, monopolization, violation of no-poaching arrangements, discrimination, and exclusionary conduct.  In these matters, he has assisted clients with the assessment of class certification, merits, and damages issues.

Mr. Moynihan’s practice involves highly technical issues in econometric analysis, as well as the preparation and management of large and complex data sets.  In both consulting and litigation environments, Mr. Moynihan regularly manages large teams of economists and data scientists in matters involving data discovery and construction, empirical analysis of economic issues, advanced methods of data visualization, and the presentation of conceptual and analytical insights. Throughout his work, Mr. Moynihan focuses on presenting technical issues and complex economic analysis in a clear and intuitive manner to his clients, including attorneys and other non-economists.
