Max Mucenic has extensive experience in applying economic theory and statistical analysis to large-scale antitrust litigation matters involving allegations of price fixing, monopolization, bid rigging, market allocation, and exclusionary conduct. He has built and analyzed large, complex datasets for clients across a wide variety of industries, including airlines, trucks, electronics components, construction materials, and pharmaceuticals. He has also provided support for clients on issues related to false claims, intellectual property valuation, and mergers and acquisitions. 

Mr. Mucenic also manages Edgeworth’s training program. He works with Edgeworth’s training team to develop new training initiatives to ensure that Edgeworth’s team of consultants are adept with the skills and tools at the cutting edge of the industry.
