Sushrut Jain is a professional economist with more than two decades of experience providing rigorous economic and data analyses for clients across a broad range of industries. Mr. Jain specializes in the application of economic, financial, and statistical analyses in the context of expert testimony for corporate litigation. Mr. Jain has provided consulting on matters involving intellectual property, false advertising, antitrust, consumer class actions, employment, and commercial litigation issues. In the area of intellectual property, Mr. Jain has worked on a variety of matters analyzing damages resulting from patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark disputes. Mr. Jain has provided consulting and expert witness testimony in the area of false advertising damages. His antitrust experience includes the development of economic models to analyze issues of class certification, liability and damages in federal price-fixing cases.
