Sushrut Jain specializes in the application of economic, financial, statistical, and econometric analyses. He has nearly 20 years of experience consulting on matters involving intellectual property, antitrust, and commercial litigation issues. In the area of intellectual property, Mr. Jain has worked on a variety of matters analyzing damages resulting from patent, copyright, trade secret, and trademark disputes. His antitrust experience includes analysis of liability and damages in federal price discrimination as well as price fixing cases.
Mr. Jain has substantial experience in the application of sophisticated statistical modelling techniques to the analysis of large datasets for the purposes of commercial disputes and business consulting.
