Dr. Gregory K. Leonard to Speak at the ABA Section of Antitrust Law Conference in Beijing


Dr. Gregory K. Leonard will participate in a panel discussion on merger analysis at the “Antitrust in Asia: China” conference held by the ABA Section of Antitrust Law on May 21-23, 2014, in Beijing, China.

Dr. Leonard will address the types of economic analyses used in merger reviews. In particular, he will discuss their application in China. He will be joined in the discussion by fellow panelists, including Director General Shang Ming of MOFCOM and Yizhe Zhang of Jones Day. The panel discussion will take place from 10:00 am – 11:00 am on May 23.
