Transfer Pricing Panel at ABA Midyear Meeting

Dr. George Korenko will participate in the panel discussion "BEPS Round 2: Risk and Capital" at the ABA Section of Taxation Midyear Meeting in Houston, Texas, on January 30, 2015.

Dr. Korenko will be joined on the panel by Henry Birnkrant (moderator), Alston & Bird; Brian Jenn, U.S. Treasury Department; and Neal Kockman, Caplin & Drysdale. The panelists will review and discuss the forthcoming OECD discussion draft on intangibles, risk, and capital.
