Edgeworth Pro Bono Analysis Relied on to Reach Favorable Settlement for Opera Singer

A trained opera singer was arrested in Alexandria while busking and held overnight in jail.  The arrest itself and the publicity it received impacted her ability to retain singing engagements comparable to those she had prior to the arrest.  Edgeworth calculated her lost earnings based on pre-arrest earnings and under multiple scenarios.  The analysis was used by counsel to assist the plaintiff in receiving a favorable settlement.
