Class Certification Denied on Predominance Issues Related to Plaintiff's Damages Model

Edgeworth Economist Dr. Jesse David was retained by Best Buy Stores, LP in a consumer class action in which Plaintiff alleged misrepresentations from Best Buy about laptop computer performance. Dr. David analyzed issues related to class certification.
