Edgeworth Economics was retained by POET, the world’s largest ethanol producer, to assess the impact of automotive emission regulations on the markets for gasoline and ethanol. Edgeworth Partner Dr. Jesse David analyzed the effect of the regulations on pricing, entry and exit by producers, and the structure of the motor vehicle fleet, filing expert reports in a Federal Court proceeding in California.
