Edgeworth Provides Analysis of Damages on Behalf of US Restaurant Chain in Labor and Employment Case

In March 2015, a single plaintiff discrimination suit was brought against a US restaurant chain. An Edgeworth team, led by Dr. Deborah K. Foster, calculated damages related to constructive discharge and failure to rehire claims. In January 2016, Dr. Foster submitted an expert report in US District Court on behalf of the defendant. The case was settled with a favorable outcome for the client.
