Dr. Deborah Foster Testifies on Damages at Arbitration Regarding Claims of Gender Discrimination

An event marketing provider was charged with wrongfully terminating an employee on the basis of gender discrimination. An Edgeworth team, led by Dr. Deborah Foster, reviewed the damages calculation provided by the opposing expert and provided a rebuttal report critiquing that analysis and providing alternative calculations. Dr. Foster testified in the American Arbitration Association arbitration regarding her findings in December 2018, and the final outcome was favorable for the client.
