Partner Jesse David’s Testimony Cited Favorably by US District Court in Dismissal

Dr. Jesse David provided opinions on behalf of Edgeworth client Tyson Foods regarding the merits of antitrust claims presented by American Proteins, Inc. (API) in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

In a dismissal order, the court denied API’s cross-motion for summary judgment under Sections 1 and 2 of the Sherman Act and favorably cited Dr. David’s defense testimony in its decision.
