Dr. John Johnson Discusses Evidentiary Standards and Expert Testimony

Dr. John Johnson, Edgeworth Economics CEO, partner and president, will be a panelist at the Law Seminars International Ninth Annual Comprehensive Conference on Class Actions and other Aggregate Litigation in Seattle on May 13.

Dr. Johnson will speak with other economists on the panel, “New Supreme Court Cases on Evidentiary Standards: When do Plaintiffs Need to Prove What, and How Do They Need to Do That?”

He will address the issues of evidence in awarding damages on a class-wide basis, standards for admissibility of expert testimony and the credibility of expert testimony.
