President and CEO Dr. John Johnson Nominated for GCR's Economist of the Year

Edgeworth Economics extends a warm congratulations to Dr. John Johnson on being selected as a finalist for Global Competition Review’s  2012 Economist of The Year

Dr. Johnson is the President, CEO and co-founder of Edgeworth Economics.  He is an economic expert in antitrust, class actions and labor matters, bringing rigorous statistical and econometric analysis to economic questions in these areas.  This year alone, Dr. Johnson has provided testimony  in competition matters such as In re Chocolate Confectionary Antitrust Litigation and In re Wholesale Grocery Products Antitrust Litigation, and in matters where the central issues are competition in labor markets such as EEOC v. JP Morgan Chase and EEOC v. Bloomberg.  He also has provided expert analysis on behalf of the NFL Players Association.    

GCR nominates five individuals globally whose superior technical skill, practical judgment and excellence in client service demonstrate their excellence in the field.  We know Dr. Johnson embodies all of these characteristics and is well deserving to be among the finalist chosen.  He gets our vote!
