Ms. Ma has extensive experience preparing and analyzing a wide array of labor and employment records, including data from HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, background checks, applicant tracking, and performance data systems. She has provided rigorous statistical analysis and litigation support on a wide range of wage and hours topics, including meal and rest break violations, rounding, regular rate calculations, and misclassification, as well as claims of race, age, and gender discrimination in hiring, performance evaluation, compensation, promotion, and termination. Ms. Ma also consults on a variety of compliance requirements including monitoring pay equity, as well as equity in performance evaluations and terminations. In addition to labor and employment issues, she has conducted economic analysis of damages in wage fixing and monopolization cases.

Ms. Ma works with clients in various phases of litigation, from managing the data discovery process to presenting empirical analyses.
