In the area of antitrust, Ms. Yan has extensive experience evaluating large and complex datasets, developing empirical analysis, and leading project teams in preparation of expert analysis involving allegations of price-fixing, monopolization, bid-rigging, and market allocation. In various regulatory matters, she has applied her technical expertise to develop economic and statistical models, conduct impact analyses, and consult on economic issues. Across her practice, Ms. Yan focuses on presenting complex empirical analysis, data visualization, and economic insights clearly and concisely to clients and attorneys.
