Edgeworth Partner Steve Bronars worked alongside Alison Davis, Emily Carapella, and Ethan Balsam from Littler Mendelson to provide expert testimony for the defense in a case involving alleged discrimination regarding termination decisions. Dr. Bronars helped explain the statistical methodology needed to demonstrate prima facie evidence of discrimination including the types of analyses required to show a statistically significant racial disparity in termination rates among similarly situated employees.
