Summary Judgement Granted in Favor of Edgeworth Client

Dr. Deborah Foster submitted an expert report addressing allegations of improper rounding by Saint Luke’s Health System, Inc. in support of the hospital system’s motion for Summary Judgement.  On March 29, 2022, the US District Court for the Western District of Missouri granted Summary Judgement in the matter in favor of our client.  The Order cites Dr. Foster’s finding that 49.2 percent of shifts had time removed as evidence that “the rounding policy is thus neutral as applied.”
