Dr. Allison Holt is a data management expert with 20+ years of experience in her field. Throughout her career, she has cultivated advanced expertise applying econometric analysis to large and small databases for empirical studies and has worked on a wide variety of price-fixing and class certification cases as well as mergers.
Dr. Holt has worked on cases involving antitrust analysis in the health care industry, including hospital and physician practice mergers, and calculating diversions for mergers. Most recently, she has worked on several class certification cases involving the auto insurance industry, in addition to a class certification case in the concrete products industry. Dr. Holt has analyzed many industries including veterinary practices, major league soccer, polyurethane foam products, vitamins, carpeting, high-pressure laminates, hospitals, automotive lights, and baby products, among others.
Throughout her work, Dr. Holt focuses on extracting insights from complex data and clearly and accessibly explaining her findings to attorneys and company leaders.
